It also commits both the nations to treat each other no less favorably than any third country on customs duties and import regulations, meaning Indian-origin goods aren't at a tariff disadvantage in Nepal relative to other trading partners.

SAFTA is the separate regional agreement, and it can offer preferential duty rates depending on the specific HS code classification of the product which varies by chemical category, not a blanket claim of duty-free treatment.

Our standard payment terms is 100% advance basis for chemicals in ready stock and 20% booking amount with balance before delivery for chemicals manufactured on order basis​
