What is this Program About?

If you're currently taking delivery at your own location and then re-dispatching to your customer, you're paying for freight twice and adding a full transit leg to your delivery timeline. To help eliminate this problem, especially for young businesses, we have launched the Direct Dispatch Program for Trading Partners. Under this program, we ship straight from our facility to your customer's location. You place the order, we handle the logistics, your customer relationship stays exactly where it is - with you.

How it Works?

This runs on the standard GST Bill-to-Ship-to structure:

You place the order and specify the delivery address (your customer's location).
We invoice you on bill-to party basis. Our invoice never goes to your customer.
Goods are dispatched directly to the ship-to address
You raise your own invoice to your customer, at your own pricing, on your own letterhead.

This way, your customer sees a delivery. They don't see us.
